Nesta situação o projetor não está a projetar a imagem do computador, necessito de identificar o problema para fazer a reparação. Mas o primeiro problema a resolver, será conseguir chegar ao projetos que está no teto a uma distância que não é possível chegar e numa posição onde é difícil colocar uma escada.
