Condutor de noite com as luzes apagadas e em excesso de velocidade. Este veículo a circular em excesso de velocidade, nem consegue ser visto a aproximar nem mesmo depois de passar, apenas se nota a sua presença quanto tapa as luzes de presença traseiras dos outros veículos à sua frente, porque estava a circular sem qualquer luz num ambiente em que o sol já se tinha posto completamente. A coima por esta infracção poderá ir até 600€ por este estar a circular em excesso de velocidade e sem a as luzes ligadas.
