Computer and electronic "dongle transition period" – USB-C to rule them all

Dongles, dongles and more dongles. We are in a time of transition, the next 5 years will still be a period of transition for electronic devices, so that one day all products will be USB-C, wherever it is the version of USB we will use. I just hope meanwhile someone don’t invent some other connection and screw everything all over again. USB-C to rule them all !
At this point, all computers (desktops, portable, mobile and wearable) are coming only with USB-C connections, but none of the multimedia and audiovisual equipments in place have that, so until every type of devices are compatible, we are in the “dongle transition period”.

Adaptadores, adaptadores e mais adaptadores. Estamos num período de transição, e os próximos 5 anos ainda serão um período de transição para dispositivos electrónicos, para que um dia todos os produtos tenham a conexão USB-C, qualquer que seja a versão do USB que usaremos. Só espero que, enquanto isso, alguém não invente outra conexão e estrague tudo de novo. Atualmente, todos os computadores (desktops, portáteis, móveis e portáteis) começam a vir apenas com conexões USB-C, mas nenhum dos equipamentos de multimédia e audiovisual existentes tem essa ligação, portanto, até que todos os tipos de dispositivos sejam compatíveis, estamos no "Período de transição dos adaptadores".
