What is the Service Cloud
A Cloud service allows the user to store files on a Internet server, and access them using any fixed or mobile device, it only needs to have an Internet connection. Where there is a synchronization with multiple the devices that the user may be using, so always having access to a single version of a file.

The services competition
The Dropbox has been the leader in this type of service, but Apple's iCloud may have outgrown Dropbox, because the service includes Apple's iTunes and offers its clients the benefits of the service.
